Moong Dal Vada
Ingredients
​
2 cups moong dal (green gram), washed and soaked for 5-6 hours
Salt as per taste
6-7 green chillies 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp garlic paste Oil for frying

Method :
​
1. Remove the skin from dal which is floating on the top
2. Grind the dal into paste along with green chillies
3. Add ginger-garlic paste
4. Add salt
5. Mix it well
6. Heat oil for deep frying
7. Drop bite-sized pakoras into hot oil
8. Deep fry on medium till golden brown
9. Serve hot with tomato sauce or tamarind chutney
Making time: 1 hour (excluding soaking time).
Makes for: 5-6 serving
Shelf life: Best fresh
